Click on the "Start Campaign" button in the navigation bar to access your Jokoor Pay dashboard. All donation campaigns are created and managed through the Jokoor Pay platform, where you'll be guided through a simple process to set up your fundraising campaign.
How do I receive the funds?
Funds are securely processed through Jokoor Pay and transferred directly to your linked bank account or mobile money wallet.
What fees are involved?
Jokoor Donations charges a small platform fee plus payment processing fees. Donors have the option to cover these fees so that you receive the full donation amount.
How do I keep donors updated?
You can post regular updates about your campaign progress directly from your Jokoor Pay dashboard. When you publish an update, all donors who opted in for notifications will be automatically notified, helping you maintain engagement and transparency throughout your campaign.
